Monday June 18 Day 34
Today we drove about 40 miles to Jackson for an oil change, a car wash, and some camper parts for Moby. Lunch at The Shade was nice and different. Afterwards, we walked around town and visited outlet stores…and didn't buy anything. Ok don't believe us! I poked my head into the Cowboy Saloon where you sit on saddles instead of bar stools. I did not mount up, too early in the day although I do recall (Jim and Jen) tossing down a few at the Cowboy the last time we were here with several feet of snow on the roads. Helen says that Jim's restaurant is gone as well as the Ralph Lauren store.
Tonight we had dinner at the Jackson Lake Lodge, our first fancy dinner of the trip. A woman sitting near by asked if she could take our picture for us because we looked like we were having so much fun...and we were.
